- Use a mandolin or vegetable spriralizer, cut zucchini into thin spaghetti shaped noodles.
- Heat pan with cooking oil till hot, sauté garlic till fragrant, add in prawns, stir-fry till it changes colour, add in tomatoes and zucchini.
- Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, season with Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood. Once zucchini is just tender, turn off heat. (do not overcook veggies)
