Warm chicken salad

  1. Season chicken with Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and freshly grated black pepper.
  2. To make the dressing, combine dressing ingredients together. If its too thick add in a few more spoonful of water.
  3. Heat pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil till very hot. Cook chicken for 3 minutes for each side or until lightly brown and cooked through. Cut into slices.
  4. Arrange lettuce leaves, tomatoes, celery, radish on a serving plate. Scatter slices of chicken over the top and drizzle dressing over.

Note: Beef tenderloin can also be used to replace chicken. Serves 2.
