- Season chicken with Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and freshly grated black pepper.
- To make the dressing, combine dressing ingredients together. If its too thick add in a few more spoonful of water.
- Heat pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil till very hot. Cook chicken for 3 minutes for each side or until lightly brown and cooked through. Cut into slices.
- Arrange lettuce leaves, tomatoes, celery, radish on a serving plate. Scatter slices of chicken over the top and drizzle dressing over.
Note: Beef tenderloin can also be used to replace chicken. Serves 2.
