- Place cheddar cheese slices on each slice of bread. Toast it in an oven when egg is being cooked.
- In a bowl, briskly whisk eggs with milk and add in freshly grated black pepper. Season with Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Selected Light Soy Sauce.
- Heat a non-stick pan with oil, sauté mushrooms, tomatoes for 2 minutes. Push it to the side of the pan, add in egg mixture, basil leaf and cook until the eggs are scrambled, stirring.
- Divide eggs between toasted bread, garnish with basil leaf and best served hot.
