Tomato Mushrooms & Egg on Cheese Toast

  1. Place cheddar cheese slices on each slice of bread. Toast it in an oven when egg is being cooked.
  2. In a bowl, briskly whisk eggs with milk and add in freshly grated black pepper. Season with Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Selected Light Soy Sauce.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan with oil, sauté mushrooms, tomatoes for 2 minutes. Push it to the side of the pan, add in egg mixture, basil leaf and cook until the eggs are scrambled, stirring.
  4. Divide eggs between toasted bread, garnish with basil leaf and best served hot.
