  1. Cut chicken fillet in strips.
  2. Mix chicken strips with marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut all vegetables into strips. Set aside.
  4. Heat up oil, fry chicken until fragrant. Set aside.
  5. Blanch all vegetables with hot water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
  6. Heat some oil, add in seasoning and fry till fragrant.
  7. Add in all vegetables and chicken. Toss well and serve.
