- Cut chicken fillet in strips.
- Mix chicken strips with marinade for 30 minutes.
- Cut all vegetables into strips. Set aside.
- Heat up oil, fry chicken until fragrant. Set aside.
- Blanch all vegetables with hot water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
- Heat some oil, add in seasoning and fry till fragrant.
- Add in all vegetables and chicken. Toss well and serve.
