  1. Mix sauce’s ingredients together. Blend steaming herb paste ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Pour sauce onto steaming platter, sit the salmon fillets on the lemon slices and top it off with a dollop of the steaming herb paste on each fillet. Place fish fillets into steamer and steam over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Fish meat should be flaky and opaque when done.
  3. Serve hot.
