Steamed Egg in Japanese Style

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Blanch chicken, shrimp meat, gingko and mushrooms. Drain.
  2. Beat eggs with seasoning mix. Strain.
  3. Arrange chicken meat, shrimp meat, gingko and mushrooms evenly in four Japanese teacups. Pour in egg mixture and cover with cling film.
  4. Steam over medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes.
