  1. In a large mixing bowl, season chicken pieces with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce (Less Salty) for 10 minutes.
  2. Place wood ear onto a plate and top it with seasoned chicken, red dates and wolfberries.
  3. Steam it over boiling water for 25 minutes or until cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
