  1. Noodles: Knead ingredients together into a pliable dough and set aside for an hour. Using the noodle maker, firstly flatten dough, dust cornstarch before rolling into thick strands of noodles. Shape noodles in a ladle and deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
  2. Mushroom Sauce: Heat up pan, place in butter and sauté mushroom till aromatic. Add in flour and seasoning, fry well and lastly, place in prawns and broccoli. Toss well and ladle sauce onto serving noodle, serve.
