- Season fish with 1 tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood and place it onto a steaming plate.
- Season chopped ingredients with remaining Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood and lime juice.
- Spread them over the top of the fish and steam for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced lime, fresh coriander and serve hot.
