Directions
- Use the coarse side of a metal grater to grate cauliflower. Hold on to the large stem to grate into grain like texture. Discard the stem
- Heat oil in pan till hot, sauté onion until fragrant, add in beaten egg and keep stirring till egg is just cooked
- Add in cauliflower, mixed vegetable and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat
- Add in Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce, less salty soy sauce and mix well. Remove to serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onions
