Cauliflower Fried Rice

Directions

  1. Use the coarse side of a metal grater to grate cauliflower. Hold on to the large stem to grate into grain like texture. Discard the stem
  2. Heat oil in pan till hot, sauté onion until fragrant, add in beaten egg and keep stirring till egg is just cooked
  3. Add in cauliflower, mixed vegetable and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat
  4. Add in Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce, less salty soy sauce and mix well. Remove to serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onions

Serves 3.
