Braised Chicken with Soy Sauce

  1. Parboil carrot and potato. Drain.
  2. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp. oil. Sauté ginger and green onions until fragrant. Add chicken, potato and carrot. Stir well.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix and cook until sauce thickens.
