Barbeque Chicken with Noodles

  1. Marinate chicken legs with marinade for an hour.
  2. Then cook marinated chicken with sauce over medium heat, stirring for 25 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  3. Brush chicken skin with glaze and place it into a greased baking pan. Grill it in a preheated oven at 200°C until chicken skin is slightly brown.
  4. To serve: Toss each cooked noodles with a teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce. Place it onto a serving plate with sliced barbeque chicken and divide the Siew Pak Choy between four serving plates. Sprinkle with ground white pepper and chopped spring onions.
