Then cook marinated chicken with sauce over medium heat, stirring for 25 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Brush chicken skin with glaze and place it into a greased baking pan. Grill it in a preheated oven at 200°C until chicken skin is slightly brown.
To serve: Toss each cooked noodles with a teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce. Place it onto a serving plate with sliced barbeque chicken and divide the Siew Pak Choy between four serving plates. Sprinkle with ground white pepper and chopped spring onions.
